I highly recommend Allyson when searching for a home or rental property. Throughout the process, my husband and I had a fantastic experience using her as our realtor. From the initial consultation to understanding our preferences, to visiting various open houses and scheduled property viewings, Allyson was accommodating and always accessible. She provided us with daily updates on new listings and price reductions in our desired locations and budget. When we found a potential home, Allyson went the extra mile by gathering additional information from the town, ensuring everything aligned with our expectations beyond what inspections or sellers disclosed. She was diligent during the closing process, meticulously examining every detail during the final walkthrough to ensure our satisfaction before any paperwork was signed. Thanks to Allyson's commitment and expertise, we discovered our dream home within our financial means. I wholeheartedly recommend Allyson to anyone in search of buying, selling, or renting a property; she truly goes the extra mile for her clients.
