This past fall Alice helped me find my first condo, which was a very intimidating process filled with new experiences. Alice was referred to me by my girlfriend’s parents and she helped me out tremendously along the way. She very patiently walked me through the entire offer process and always made sure I felt comfortable making an offer. Unfortunately with how crazy the current housing market is, you’ll need to expect to make an offer that’s higher than what you originally thought. It’s very daunting to make an offer that’s over asking, but is what ultimately got me my place (and beat out 8 other offers). I felt very comfortable making this type of offer with Alice, and after living here for two months, I have no regrets. I would happily use Alice again when it is time to buy a home!
