She was patient with all my questions, with my 'looking-phase' and understood who I was and what my house needs were. She held my hand the whole way through, helping me decide on inspections, responding quickly to any calls/emails/texts, and walking me through negotiating closing costs with sellers --to name just a few of the things. I was impressed with her level of detail and dedication to making my purchase a great one. She even had the snow on the driveway shoveled for me the day before I was to move in.
