Alice is very knowledgeable and very responsive. Would definitely recommend working with her! We were looking for a single family house and she helped us reach a great deal in a very hot market. She was very knowledgeable and helpful from the beginning. She recommended me a banker to get a pre-approval first. Then she immediately knew what we want and started showing us almost all the houses which meet our requirements and budget. Her advise is very helpful to provide a compatible offer and also reach a great deal. During our closing process, she was very responsive for every steps. She helped us make a lot of communication and negotiation with seller side to solve all the issues. Alice is our trusted adviser when it comes to real estate marketing, investment and management and I’m glad to have done business with such an outstanding professional.
