Ali was amazing! She was so friendly from the first phone call conversation and on to the first house showing that we went to. Ali absolutely knew her stuff regarding what was a quality build / renovation versus where potential shortcuts were made. She was always prepared with comparable and recent neighborhood sales to really give us a sense of knowing if the property was seemingly overpriced. In these cases, if applicable, she would offer her professional opinion to what she estimated the max value to be and would also help us with offer strategies. She really got to know us through the process as did we with her. She was always accommodating for showings late at night, early in the morning, and on the weekend. The most impressive thing was that, though she was probably working with several other clients during our time doing business together, we always felt like we were her one and only client based on the responsiveness and availability she portrayed.
