Alec listened to our criteria and developed a candidate list for houses to look at during our house hunting visit to Jacksonville, and organized the viewings efficiently, keeping our criteria in mind. We viewed the perfect condo during the morning of the first day, so looked no further. Alec was very professional and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. He was very flexible when our source of funding changed two times, then facilitated moving the closing date up by two weeks when it became a cash deal.
