Hello, this is actually Mark Gramley, Ronald Gramley's son. I met Aimee in 2019 when I was going through a difficult time in my life that involved the sale of my family home at the time. Aimee was compassionate, encouraging and extremely helpful, often going out of her way to get things done and to support me as a person first and client second. That meant the world to me and helped get me through the process with grace. This sale was my parents home, which was another challenging and emotional time for them and our family due to a decline in their health and a need to live in supported facilities. Once again, Aimee was steadfast in ensuring that the process was smooth and efficient all while being very sensitive to the situation. Her communications are timely, detailed, and reliable and she again went above and beyond to get the job done with our best interests in mind, not always hers.
