Five stars isn't enough for this woman! We've worked with other realtors but "Abe" Wagner is THE best realtor that has ever represented me on either the buyer or seller side. In this instance, Abe assessed the current market & suggested an asking price so appealing that it resulted in a bidding war & a sell price WAY over the list. She recommended what was necessary to make our home "show" better, predicted when the home would be sold (& she was spot on!) so that we knew when to arrange for movers, prepared all documents, assisted in finding a closing company, contacted us regularly with selling process status, & did all with the jovial but charismatic enthusiasm that only Abe still possesses after 3 decades in the profession! No other realtor holds a candle to Abe!
