We cannot say enough good things about Abbey: * She is the expert’s expert: everyone knows and respects Abbey, and she is a sought-after mentor for other realtors. Abbey knows the Salt Lake market, she liaises well with other agents, and she “has a guy” for almost everything. People always told us we were in good hands, and we could feel that was true. * She took the time to really get to know us. In our first conversation with Abbey, she asked, “What are your goals?” She wasn’t just asking about what we were looking for in a house, but rather what were trying to accomplish by buying a house - where did a house fit into our life plan? She was an excellent advisor throughout the buying process, helping us weigh pros and cons. * She is kind and patient: we had a million questions, saw well over 20 houses, and had some personal ups and downs that affected our buying journey. Throughout it all, Abbey patiently stood by us and supported us however she could. We were not easy clients, but she never made us feel like a burden. She never rushed us or pressured us in any way. * She is responsive and communicative: whenever we needed to get in touch with Abbey, we could. Even when she was going out of town, she would proactively connect us with another agent she trusted to make sure we had the support we needed. We never felt like we were at it alone. * She is ethical: real estate can be shady, but Abbey is absolutely not. She has clear standards and boundaries and upholds them with integrity. * She is competitive and she wins: Abbey doesn’t like to lose - she is extremely motivated. She knows how to put together a competitive offer and work collaboratively with other agents to create a win-win, as evidenced by getting us our dream house against the odds! * She is fun! Abbey will make you laugh, even when things feel stressful. There were many plot twists during our buying journey, but Abbey made it a fun ride. * She truly cares: from her introductory informational booklet when we first started to her thoughtful gift basket when we closed, Abbey made us feel seen and supported. She goes the extra mile. We recommend Abbey to anyone looking for a home. She is the best there is.
