Partnering with Jade to sell our condo in Whitefish was an absolute pleasure. We have bought and sold several properties across the state of Montana and we had the best experience with Jade by far. She did a great job collecting answers to questions and intricate details about the property from us upfront so that she could handle most of the questions from potential buyers on her own. She provided us with weekly updates on the number of showings we had as well as feedback from prospective buyers. We were really hesitant to drop the price on our unit and Jade never pressured us into doing anything we didn't want to do. Anytime we told her our game plan she had our backs 100% - but was also more than happy to provide input when asked. We are hoping to have another property in the Whitefish area in the future and will absolutely be using Jade as our realtor at that time. I cannot recommend her enough!
