We cannot say enough great things about Karen! We used her to purchase our first home back in 2017 and loved her then. And we love her now, as she helped us purchase our forever home and sell our first home. She is everything you could want in a realtor. She is reliable, responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, honest, confident and a pleasure to work with. No matter how many questions you have, she never makes you feel like you are annoying. She knows people in the industry so she can connect you with mortgage lenders, inspectors, contractors, etc. We cannot say for sure, but we believe if not for Karen, we likely would not have been selected by the sellers to purchase our forever home. It was likely Karen's relationship with the seller's realtor that landed us the deal when there were three competing offers. We cannot possibly thank her enough for this.
