Russ went above and beyond for us. He sold our unit to buy a listing of his and he put in so much time and sweat to get it done. Russ is a very nice person who goes the extra mile. Russ painted our floor boards and coordinated with contractors, he baked Perry’s cookies at open houses and worked his butt off to close our sale in time for a 1031 exchange. Thanks Russ!
