My husband & I found a house on Zillow we were interested in and after sending the request for more info we received a call almost immediately from Chance Lee. Since he grew up in New Bern he is extremely knowledgeable about the area and knew a lot about our house in particular. Chance had lots of great advice and was always quick to respond to questions. Because we were buying a foreclosed property, we ran into some issues and delays but Chance helped walk us through it all with humor and grace.
