Working with Wendy far exceeded our expectations! Wendy made sure that she listened to all of our needs and when we had to change course was able to step up and help us find what we needed. She held our hand through the long process of buying a house and not being in the area. We bought new construction And she was a great mediator for when we were not in town. Buying a house from out of state wasn’t hard because Wendy was there catching things that we didn’t see, and visiting the lot and taking photos for us to make sure that we felt included in the process. We enjoyed working with Wendy so much that we ended up purchasing a second home with her, knowing that she would have our back and make sure the process was smooth and successful.
