Cynthia and Josh did a phenomenal job in assisting us with the sale of our Ponte Vedra Beach house. They were very helpful, informative and attentive. We moved out of state prior to the house selling and Cynthia kept a watchful eye on the house. She even went as far as wrapping the pipes and running the water during an extremely cold period of weather. I cannot recommend Cynthia and Josh highly enough!!
