I wish i could give her more stars.We are first time home buyers which meant this entire process was new and intimidating to us.First, Kelby made us feel like family from the moment we met. She was so friendly, positive, knowledgeable and as excited as we were to go on this journey. She was thorough and helped us to understand the process. She didn't make us feel rushed or pressured at any point during this process. She was available at anytime of the day for us. During views she called out potential concers and positive features while also taking into account our needs. This was extremely helpful in making our decision. She reached out, developed a great relationship with our lender to make sure everything was in place funding wise for when we were ready to put down an offer. Once we found "the one" Kelby took the initiative instantly to connect with our lender again to ensure a smooth process to closing. She worked so quickly with the selling agent and inspector to ensure all documents were completed and all items on our remedy request list were satisfied. In addition we had some issues with the title company due to some last minute personal changes that caused some confusion...Kelby didnt hesitate and quickly jumped into action, spoke to the title rep and rectified the issue for us.Also, during this exciting and anxious process Kelby would check in on us to see how we were feeling or if we had concerns. I loved that she would send text messages or call asking how we are doing or if she could help with anything. She was so patient with all our questions.Bottom line, I would recommend Kelby over and over again to anyone looking for a home! She will definitely take care of you and go to bat for you.KB, TG
