We have been wanting to get closer to family. I had inquired on a house in Mechanicsville, Iowa and she showed it to us but it sold the next day. She kept in touch with us and it just so happened a house in Monticello came on the market and she was able to set up showings the next day and put in an offer on Memorial Day weekend and was accepted 24 hrs later. She was wonderful to work with and she always kept us in the loop or answered any questions we had. We will be using her to sell our other house in the spring for sure!!
