Dear Future Home Buyer or Seller It is my pleasure to share my experience working with Susan Hodali of Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realty. I first met Susan after my home had been listed with a prominent, well-known Realtor for an entire year without results. Given the agent’s reputation, I expected the home to sell quickly. Instead, I was disappointed to discover that the marketing strategy lacked strength, creativity, and the level of attention a property like mine required. Choosing to work with Susan was the best decision I could have made. From the moment she took over, Susan delivered on every promise she made. Her marketing approach was thoughtful, strategic, and far superior to what I had previously experienced. Her pricing recommendations were well-researched and accurate, and her communication was exceptional. She personally attended every showing, protected my home, and managed the entire process with a level of care and professionalism that exceeded my expectations. With my demanding schedule, I needed someone who could take the stress off my shoulders. Susan did exactly that. She handled every detail, kept me informed, and ensured that the process was seamless from start to finish. I was so impressed with her work that I asked her to help me purchase my next home. I was under a tight time constraint, yet Susan went above and beyond — calling agents, reaching out to homeowners, and searching beyond what was publicly available. She ultimately found a home that was not even on the market, and I was able to purchase it within the timeframe I needed. Her support did not end at closing. Susan continues to assist me whenever I need a service technician. She not only provides trusted referrals but even comes to my home to meet them when my schedule does not allow. This level of dedication is rare, and it speaks volumes about her character and commitment to her clients. I refer all my family, friends, and colleagues to Susan because I trust her completely and know she will deliver. Working with her taught me that success in real estate is not about choosing the agent with the biggest name — it is about choosing the agent who truly works for you. Susan is that agent.
