Kevin is such a great person. He does so much to make sure that you are getting a home you love. I had a short list of "what I would like but don't need" and be made sure that every house we saw filled most of not all of that list in addition to my "must haves". Kevin makes sure you are treated properly by everyone involved and things get done in as timely a manner that he can control. You'd be doing yourself a disserviy by choosing another realtor.
