Lindsey Raymond is a dynamic real estate professional driven by her heart for community; wherever she has called home, she has aimed to build community and help others do the same. Born in Tampa and a longtime vacationer to Destin and 30A, Lindsey's love for Florida's coastline is deeply rooted in her childhood and brought to life in a new way through the eyes of her three young daughters. She graduated from the University of Georgia with dual degrees in biology and psychology and completed her doctorate in physical therapy at the Medical College of Georgia. Her diverse professional background includes serving as a physical therapist and a managing director of a clean beauty brand, where she honed her skills in community building and networking. Lindsey holds real estate licenses in both Louisiana and Florida. Her transition into the industry was sparked by her extensive personal experience in relocating and home building, fueled by her husband Will’s Air Force career. Numerous moves, coupled with her innate ability to connect people and her love for architectural design, evolved naturally into a career where she excels in helping people find their perfect home along Scenic Highway 30A. Her approach is holistic. Whether assisting with family relocations, military moves or working alongside developers, she believes in understanding the entire lifestyle her clients are seeking — from the local food scene and community events to schools and beach activities — ensuring every facet of their new life aligns with their vision. Lindsey is a connector at heart and takes great pride in fostering close relationships with her clients. She represents each person entirely, with integrity and intentionality, and always aims to be the best advocate possible for her clients. Whether you're investing, relocating or seeking a legacy home, she will connect you with the community and home that is the best fit for you and your family.
