15/10, I will recommend Emily over and over again! From the first conversation we had with her to closing day, she made everything SO simple and smooth. Not only will we be going back to Emily when we buy our next house, but we can say that we have gained a friend though this process! Thanks Emily for all you did to make the process so smooth, you are the best!
