We had a fantastic experience working with Ramona. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and always available to answer our questions and keep us informed. Her negotiating skills were exceptional. She helped us secure a beautiful property in North Bend for $25,000 under asking price and managed to close and record in just over two weeks. The property is everything we were looking for, featuring a beautifully manicured half-acre lot, ample parking, and gorgeous mountain views. Ramona made the entire process seamless. Her market expertise, attention to detail, clear communication, and dedication truly set her apart. Who you work with matters, and we are deeply grateful for her representation. We highly recommend Ramona to anyone buying or selling a home.
