Bought a property listed for $1,025,000 in Las Campanas, Santa Fe, NM.

So pleased to have met and worked with Liz Sheffield when my husband Dan and I visited Santa Fe in June. We were here from CA to look around, get the lay of the land, and investigate properties to either rent or buy. We met Liz through a real estate friend of ours in Calif. After looking at rentals, we started looking a homes for sale. Liz was very helpful in getting us appointments to see many properties. (Due to Covid restrictions, it wasn’t always easy.) After driving back to CA Liz worked closely with us through the process of buying — the documents, the home inspections, title searches, negotiations with the owners and listing agent, etc.etc. She was our representative and looked after our interests. Liz is a high energy professional with a pleasing personality who has the experience and knowledge of the area and housing market. She assesses her clients requirements and tastes, and responds with good suggestions and potential properties. It made our buying decision easy. She has a good list of dependable trades people and contractors who perform whatever is needed in regard to repairing or fixing potential problems in a house. Since we were long distance buyers, Liz managed many things for us and acted on our behalf. She was always available when we had questions or concerns or needed advice.
