Ivy Mitchell is excellent. She always provided help and even went out of her way to assist us when we had questions in regards to the home/location. We felt at ease knowing that she was there for us since we are not from the state of NC and didn’t have the means to explore and contact the necessary people to continue the process of the purchase of our home.
