My wife and I recently purchased a home with the help of Dave Cohune, and we couldn't be happier with how the entire process went. As out-of-area buyers, we were unfamiliar with the local market, but Dave was exceptional in guiding us through it. He provided valuable insights about the area, kept us up to date on new listings, and arranged showings around our limited travel schedule. From the beginning, Dave took the time to really understand what we were looking for. Despite a very limited inventory, he helped us find a home that checked all the boxes. We were also navigating a 1031 Exchange, which added some complexity, but Dave handled everything with clarity and professionalism. What really stood out to us was Dave’s style—he’s incredibly personable, calm, and easy to talk to. He brings a casual, low-pressure approach that makes you feel comfortable, yet he’s extremely organized and detail-oriented behind the scenes. That combination gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. We highly recommend Dave to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely enjoyable agent to work with.
