Heather was a pleasure to work with. She was very professional, very informative and timely. The type of rehab loan that was involved in the purchase of the home was odd in that it took a lot of time and effort to close the deal. There were some unexpected delays that were frustrating,  but not due to Heather.  Should you have a sale that involves that type of loan, know there may be delays that may not be anticipated.
