Aaron German was amazing to work with. I tend to be thorough, needy, and want to understand the process as much as someone not in the financial field can, and he was very responsive, patient and was able to explain things to me in a way I could understand it. He never made me feel like I was being unbearable (although I'm sure there were points that I was). I have worked with lenders in the past who weren't really willing to take the time to explain the process or steps and I felt lost and overwhelmed, but Aaron and team never made me feel that way - I felt like I was actually a part of the process every step of the way.
