My first home purchase went smoothly thanks to the work done by Aaron German and his team. He was very helpful, always answering my questions right away. He and his team kept me up-to-date through the process from application to closing. They will be my service team for the life of the loan. I am thrilled to have found Aaron through a family friend and glad that he will be my loan officer going forward. He worked really well, in tandem, with my Realtor. Together they fixed an insurance issue with my HOA that will benefit future buyers in my complex. That is going above and beyond what they had to do. The best part; I didn't have to do anything. Communication was open between all 3 parties and Aaron communicated with me. The insurance issue was resolved by Aaron in 2-3 days. I didn't get a chance for him to attend closing with me but that meeting went smoothly because Aaron went over all the documents with me the evening before. He was a huge help!
