As i sit in my new living room admirring how perfect everything is, listening to my wife in the kitchen a real actual kitchen. Downstairs my in-laws are safe with no stairs to contend with, and a beautiful yard isolated from traffic. I can't believe this actually happened. It was such an impossible ask. We needed to find a home that could accommodate 2 families. For my inlaws they needed first level access no stairs plus a nice yard for gardening with low traffic. To find a home that would care for the needs of 2 families with 2 kitchens was a big ask. At the same time we needed to sell there home with decades of clutter and some much needed maintenance. Deb to the rescue. She walked us through each step of the process. After walking through the home she provided a list of what we needed to do to get it ready for market. As this process got on its way she accompanied us on several open houses educating us on what to expect. When our home was on the market she helped us locate a home that fit our needs. How were we going to sell our home and buy another in the same day? What lender should we use? How do we understand all the legal stuff involved? It was so overwhelming. Deb held our hand through it all. Her experience and network of professional people was invaluable. I am convinced that there is only one realtor who could have made this dream a reality. Deb McLaughlin is the best.
