We sold 2 condominiums with this group in one year and purchased another using the same group. We worked closely with Alfred Schofield and Shane Fineman as our Realtors. We cannot say enough praise for these individuals, along with the other staff, namely, Emily Glynn. Sales and purchases are emotional situations, with many critical decisions to be considered. Shane and Alfred helped us negotiate both the sales and the purchase to where we felt it was a win-win for us, as sellers, for our buyers, and for the sellers of the condo we ended up purchasing. Shane was instrumental in guiding us through our recent sale and subsequent purchase, all closing with a weeks time frame. He helped keep everything on track and ensured we were fully informed every step of the way. We highly recommend this wonderful team as they get the job done and were able to sell our condos in a tight sale market where the other condos up for sale were not selling. Our sincere thanks to the team!
