I have used Teresa Boyd in the past for my housing needs. She was phenomenal both times. She is very patient and understanding with all of my questions being a first time home buyer, etc. She is excellent and is honestly a huge asset to the Coldwell Banker team! I used her almost 10 years ago to buy my first house and chose to use her again with this new house. If she's still in practice the next time I move, I will use her again!
