Navy Federal Credit Union provides a service called Navy Federal Home plus, providing assistance in selling one's home. I only lived in the home a little over a year and with very little equity. Navy Federal provided selling agent named Teresa Boyd. She immediately reached out to me and what made the process easier was that she lived in the same neighborhood. Teresa understood exactly what to do to limit my spending and prevent me from bringing money to the table. I did not expect to make any money on this deal however, Navy Federal guaranteed I will walk away with cash using this service.
