My wife and I sort of found Stacy by accident and it proved to be one of the best kind of accidents. She is a joy to work with and you will never doubt she is 100% in your corner. We had lists of properties we wanted to see and she got us in immediately. When we found the property we finally purchased, she was in there with us, finding out valuable information and disclosures. She negotiated a good price for us and was invaluable in re-negotiations when some serious problems were discovered. I like her warm attitude and honesty. She is very clear about she can and cannot do and she delivers. While she made sure we understood the issues, etc, with our property, she was always looking for solutions. Buying a home is hard work and stressful but a great realtor makes it so much easier. Hire Stacy to buy your next property. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
