We were extremely lucky that we had Krista Cheatham to guide us through the selling me buying process. She went out of her way on the buying side by being patient while looking at numerous houses and offering her vision of older properties that needed updating. She even would bring flooring and cabinet samples with her to show the potential of a new home. In the selling side she not only helped us stage the home for a quick sell, but even helped id find contractors at a reasonable price for last minute repairs when under contract. I highly recommend Krista and would have been lost in this process without her.
