Kerri is amazing. No question who’s side she’s one. Great negotiator and supporter. Through a delay in making the offer (my issue), a hurricane and a weak link at the bank, she was supporting me. Even though the money didn’t transfer until the morning of the closing, she was on top of everything. I’m very lucky. I got a new house, a great realtor and a new friend. Doesn’t get much better than that.
