We first met Melissa almost 5 years while looking for a summer rental. Since then we have spent the past four summers at a beautiful home away from home in Wellfeet. Last year when we told Melissa we were ready to find our own Cape home; she jumped right in to help us navigate the Cape Cod housing market while living hours away. She was wonderful when we thought we found “the one” a few times. And even understood when we stopped looking for a time. She never pushed but continued to keep us updated and ultimately helped us realize where we were looking wasn’t the right fit for us. Melissa made the home buying process so smooth; and the little things- the attention to details. She was always so prompt, patient, and diligent. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and has become part of our story here on the Cape. Thank you for helping us fall in love with the Cape and find our own home away from home.
