Janet is great! She does research on neighborhoods and the lots so buyers are aware of anything that may impact their decision to buy a home in that area. We looked at a neighborhood and Janet discovered a quarry was going in across the street from that neighborhood so we did not pursue that purchase. She will give you her honest opinion as well as provide you with her expertise in the real estate market. I have recommended her to other people because of her professionalism and knowledge.
