Belinda, you have literally changed our lives.  Making the move from the home where we have lived for most of our married life (and where we have raised our children) to an entirely new region, was a daunting prospect.  We were a little unsure and apprehensive, and even though this had been our dream for some time, we started to get cold feet.  But we sought your advice.  You listened to our plans and made some very helpful suggestions – even giving us that great book on downsizing.
