We had a great experience working with Michelle while buying our first home. As first-time homebuyers, the financing side of the process felt intimidating at first, but she made everything clear and easy to understand. She was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions and took the time to explain our options so we could make informed decisions. Michelle also did a great job keeping us updated on timelines and what steps were coming next, which helped the whole process feel much more comfortable. Thanks to her organization, communication, and expertise, everything stayed on track and the closing process went smoothly. We’re very grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable mortgage lender.
