I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with Pam Smartt and her team. My only regret is that I didn’t start with her. My home sat on the market for 60 days with another agent and got zero offers. Once Pam took over, everything changed. I had an offer in just over 30 days, in a tough market. From start to finish, Pam and her team guided me through every step and made me feel like I was their top priority. Whenever I had a question or wanted to talk through different scenarios, I could always reach Pam herself. That kind of personal attention is rare, and it meant a lot during a stressful process. What sets Pam apart is the resources she brings: 1. An interior designer who helped stage my home so it showed at its best 2. Trusted local repair pros who took care of needed fixes quickly 3. A strong marketing team that went above and beyond to make sure my listing photos highlighted my home’s best features Pam also keeps up with the latest tools and puts them to work right away. When Zillow launched its Showcase feature, she and her team picked my home as one of the first to try it. That weekend I had multiple showings, and the offer came in shortly after. Throughout the process, I kept running into people around New Braunfels who knew Pam, often when I had no idea they knew her, and every one of them had great things to say. Now I know firsthand why she and her team have the reputation they do and why they’re pillars of this community. I could give many more examples, but here’s what you need to know: you won’t regret working with Pam. She does everything in her control to sell your home as quickly as possible and for as much as possible. If you’re buying or selling in New Braunfels, call the Smartt Team first. I wish I had!
