Dee Pitsalis supported us and helped us when we gave up on finding a house to retire in. She knows the area we purchased in (Casco), knows the builders in area, inspectors, septic SME"s - there is not one resource she cannot help you with. Very connected, very knowledgeable - and made the process easy with no pains... she found our house before live on the market. highly recommend.
