We had an excellent experience with Mr. Mortlock, from looking for a home through negotiation and closing. He was helpful, experienced and patient with us. When we did not like any of the homes we were shown Roy found other homes for us and persisted until we found what we were looking for. When we had a problem with a water leak after the sale, Roy informed us of the Home Buyer Protection Insurance and went the second mile to send a copy of the policy and explain to us how to make a claim. I would highly recommend him to any prospective buyer.
