This is our third home-buying experience, and Tori was by far the best agent we have worked with. Here's why: 1. Her knowledge of the Boulder area runs deep. Because she has a 30+ year residency in the Boulder area, she knows every neighborhood and school (having 2 amazing daughters certainly helps!) 2. Patience. My wife and I can be indecisive, and she patiently rolled with us through the whole experience. She never lost her cool, and kept reminding us to just take it one step at a time. We must have looked at over 20 houses? 3. People/Negotiation skills. This particular home search had a fairly bumpy offering process that nearly pushed us over the edge, but Tori handled the other broker in such a calm and professional manner.
