Working with Al was a great experience. When we were picky he didn't take it personally, he showed us every house we asked to see and found others that met our criteria to give us a sense of the area. He was honest about our budget, the market inventory and was proactive in pointing out things in homes that may be problematic. For first time buyers my wife and I needed a little handholding and Al was always willing to either answer our questions or check in with us about the latest attorney / seller email development to make sure we were fully of aware of any news or expectations. He also provided attorney and lender referrals Thanks Al.

Al is the perfect agent for a first time home buyer, he's direct and realistic, and focused on the detail and structure of the houses he shows. Great communication, I felt very supported through the process. Highly recommend to anyone!
