I love coming here! I was tired of working out on my own and trying to think of what to do next. At PU, there is always someone to guide me if needed. The workouts are customized just for me and for what I need. I really like progression of my program.I have many old nagging sports injuries and my program that was designed for me helps me to strengthen those areas and improve my mobility. It’s like a family when I come. I have met many people and everyone is so supportive. I have never felt more motivated to go work out as I do now!
