1 year ago, we have signed a FREE POS deal with Harbor Touch, It was the biggest disaster we have ever had. We find out they are not even the developers of the software which they sold to us, so there were no ways for us to request changes. The agreement we signed turned out to be for 5 years and we were stuck with crazy credit card fees which was costing us more than a system where we could have paid $3000. Long story short, Bevo POS was able to install the software on our machines and saved us from that headache, we are still legally fighting the agreement and once we googled them we have seen the scam we have been put into. We love our bevo software and people at support are very helpful. We recommend Bevo to every restaurant owner.
