Selling your home can be a very stressful time. Jake managed to take the stress out of it. He is very personable and down to earth. Jake is a true professional, my experience with him was amazing. I was not from the area and was in no rush to buy, actually I did not buy for 5 years. Jake had the patients to stay with me and continued to send me listings and stay in touch. My mother was in a retirement home near my old residence, which made it hard to move to the Quinte area.
