We recently purchased a home in Seattle with the help of Russ, who helped coordinate the entire purchase despite us residing on the East Coast. Through virtual walkthroughs and instant communication, Russ made the process extremely smooth and efficient. He is an extremely genuine person whose record speaks for itself, and is the best realtor I have ever worked with. Rather than trying to quickly “sell us” on a particular house, Russ would consistently provide his honest assessment and concerns about each property based on his understanding of our interests. His patient and detailed approach to finding the right house for us was much appreciated and we never felt rushed or that we were inconveniencing him. Although this was not our first time buying a house, Russ would point out many helpful things that we hadn’t considered. His knowledge of the neighborhood we purchased in (Magnolia) was second to none. He personally knew the listing agent(s) of properties of interest to us, and he even knew the prior owners of some of the homes we toured. As mentioned in other reviews, he is extremely well connected with all the local professionals you would need (e.g. he was able to arrange for a highly rated home inspector to review a home within a day of our request). I would choose Russ for all future home sales/purchases because of his integrity, rapid communication and vast experience/knowledge of real estate.
