Lisa was incredible at working with our schedules and commute to the Kalamazoo area for showings. She was so prompt and efficient and helped us get into an incredible house that checked all of our boxes that was only the second home we put an offer on. As first-time home buyers, she answered all of our questions and explained the whole process. She was thorough, transparent, and overall excellent. While we hope to not need her services again any time soon, she will be our first call when we are ready for our next home!
Lisa did an awesome job right away with great pics, virtual tour on line. Very professionally done. She also detailed her words explaining the location and all our home upgrades, benefits that would get a potential buyer interested. She took time to communicate, would come over to strategize our direction and had all the data of alike value in the surrounding area to compare.
