Mr. Bob assisted us with a Short term Rental while we explore which area of Williamson County suits our living style and price. He's got us on a weekly report of all the activity in that area.

Bob is the most understanding realtor we have worked with. We moved from out of state and he set up showings for the short times we were in town. After looking at many houses with his help we were able to determine exactly what we wanted. We were able to purchase a house while still living out of town and Bob was there to do walk throughs and kept on top of all the things needed for closing. He will be our realtor of choice if we ever move again and I will recommend him to all of our friends. It’s great to have a realtor that cares for you and your needs. Thanks Bob

Bob Smythe represented us in the purchase of our first home in Nashville T.N. We relocated from Illinois for a work related transfer. We had only one previous visit to the area, so we relied on Bob to provide the intel on what area's would fit our personal and financial needs. We found our home, and virtually were super happy with our purchase. We told Bob he's got our endorsement and will vouch for his kindness, and patience as a lot was done through facetime, emails and texts not the easiest way to make the leap into an out of state purchase:)

Bob is an absolute trooper! With a hostile seller's agent on the other side, he got the job done. I would describe Bob as knowledgable, professional, and organized and recommend him to friends and family.

Bob has definitely went beyond the expectation we were expecting of him ,We weren't expecting 6mo to sell our home with all the wonderful amenities it offers ,Going into selling your home is very scary and with Bob's experience he definitely put us at ease Bob is simply amazing . Thank you Bob .

Working with Bob Smythe at Caldwell Banker Southern Realty was an absolute pleasure. From the very beginning, Bob went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his clients. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything was handled perfectly. Bob doesn’t just help you buy or sell a home—he makes you feel confident and supported every step of the way. I couldn’t recommend him enough to anyone looking for a realtor who is not only skilled but also genuine and trustworthy.

We sold our home in Colorado and started working with Bob while still in Colorado. He asked for our new Tennessee home wants and needs and the locations we wanted, then he started sending us homes online to review. We then flew to Tennessee to look at homes that Bob had scheduled for us to see. We looked at about 12 homes, we chose the first house that Bob took us to see, it checked all of our boxes of needs and several of the wants. So we settled on that home and Bob immediately started do the paperwork to make an offer on the home. Bob did an awesome job overseeing the entire process. Everything went smoothly and we were able to close on our home quickly and on time. Because we were in Colorado, he also met with the home inspector and did the walk through before closing for us. He did such a good job in every aspect, our hero. We love our Tennessee home. We highly recommend Bob to help you find and get your new home.

Bob was very patient with our search for our new home he drove many miles until “The One” was discovered and obtained.

Bob has taken excellent care with our dear Mom, if we decide to purchase in the future we will reach out
